Just got the 3 back , found a used compressor for $150 and had the dealer install . Total with new belt and ac fluid etc an additional $322 . So not as bad as it could have been , but still a lot $$$$$

Oh crap , my wifes 04 Mazda 3 left her stranded on the side of the road last night , had to have it towed to the dealership where they found that the a/c compressor is junk , $1600 to replace , and they say no aftermarket . Anyone have a source ? Aftermarket or used , i don't want to spend $1600...

Help! Does the oil pan plug have a washer on it ? Just dumped the oil out of mine and i dont see a washer , thought maybe i dropped it in the oil , but i cant find it . Maybe they dont use 'em . Anyone know ? Many thanks .................................... Doug

Yokahama yk520 . Our 2nd snowiest winter ever also , worked great . Went with the 215's . With the oem Goodyears couldn't even get out of the neighborhood , lol.

More info . It's a 1986 Acura Legend with a v6 . Apparently has a timing belt issue , still need to know if it's an interference motor ? Thanks in advance ............................................. 409

Who knows Acura's ? My old boss wants to give me one for the kids to drive . It may have broke the timing belt , are these an interference motor ? It's a couple hour drive away so i don't have too much info , thinking i'll pick it up anyway . Could be a complete pos . What's a good Acura site ...

Had a 72 back in the mid 70's , same green but with a vinyl roof . It was lowered slightly , cam advanced , header , carb venturi bored over size , Metzlers on Corvair ? rims iirc , that was about it . Used to haul ass . Miss that car , good luck with yours .
