Sounds like all they are good at making excuses. They will probably be able to explain why the job they did isn't as good as you expected or why your trim is broken. If they are stupid enough to "run out of tint" I wouldn't want them touching my car

The throw out bearing makes sense. Doing some searching I found people whos cars have the same sound I'm experiencing. I would describe it as a marble in the transmission, but has anyone had a TOB go bad yet?
