  The headlights are grounded to the horizontal bracket

  There is a vacant, threaded grounding point in the lower right corner.

  This is a 1/2 inch round head bolt that I picked up from HD a few days ago. A longer one would probably work for the two points on the engine. The ring connector is flush against the underside of the bracket. Here I was able to secure the nut with a 10mm socket while tightening the top.
