Passenger side door speaker stops working above volume level

New to me CX-9 2023 Bose system, once the sound goes above 45, the passenger side door speaker stops working.

I'm thinking it's the speaker but possible it could be the system?

If upgrading door speakers, any suggestions?

Since it's 1 speaker, I'd look there. Less likely is a thermal cutout switch if the amp is getting too hot under load. Again, not likely that would be the setup: 1 per channel ... Could be a bad solder joint for that speaker; it's always a guess - easier to just throw new speakers at it. If it's the amp or wiring then you're down for more work.

No suggestions for speakers, I'd like to upgrade my bose setup for better vocals, strings, tighter bass. Sounds a bit muddy.
