im pretty sure he has assembled them all with the egrs ect. but why couldnt you just cap it?

remember he is selling them for $600 now. I paid 900 on preorder.

A buddy of mine helped me install my manifold over the weekend. Just wow, the power delivery is so much smoother compared to the stock log.. it's ridiculous. Of any mod I've done to my car, this one has produced the most immediate, noticeable results. Even more than my ETS SMIC.

Truly a quality product.

id be interested in getting a water pump extension for the downpipe if you are making them again.

I'm here at 247 only as Tom Pope. Please direct any questions about PEP to the website or facebook pages. Thanks!

Allen nut drivers work too or allen sockets. I should convert all my car bolts to stainless hex cap. So much better.

can u tell me the size of the bolts

if i remember correctly the studs is M8 x 1.25 x 38, so the hex bolts should be the same or shorter?

adds: i could only find M8 x 1.25 x 35 or 40mm at local shops so 35mm is the one to get ?

Would the same bolts work for all other turbo bolts pope? Or longer?

thought they were all studs, last time when i replace the manifold. i gave the shop all studs.

the manifold is leaking in the past few days, from bottom right corner, not sure if its the gasket or studs or what.

when i try to re-tighten all the nuts, i was only able to turn the very bottom right one for like 1/10 of a turn.

its still leaking and sounds like a diesel engine.

how much would it cost to ship the manifold to canada ?

i paid extra 60 at the door for DP brokerage and duty tax... guess it would cost me 80 this time
