I like that idea, but there isn't a ton of time to make that happen and I had to tell him how many people I thought were coming already so he can order the food and do the prep or whatever it is that he does.
I'm not terribly worried about it, we are all friends here so I'm going to go with the honor system.
That said, if anyone would prefer to send money over via an electronic method (i.e. PayPal, because who carries cash around anyways?) let me know and I will give you that information.
Here's a Google map view of my house and the farm:
White box is my house, red box is parking, and the yellow box is a pavilion where we can hang out and eat food.
The weather looks good for this weekend so I'm guessing that we will be crazy busy, but that's OK just pull in my driveway and you can park in my the yard between my house and my parents. This way everyone will be parked together away from the "regular customers"
and on semi-flat grass.

According to the last post of attendees we have a count of 30. Do you think that is right? Jen wants to be sure to make enough for everyone. I'm pretty sure I know a guy that can take care of any leftovers though.
