Drivers Window "One Touch" feature

This has probably been posted previously, but I cannot find it: My drivers window has decided it wants more attention, and now I have to hold the button to get it down, or back up. The passenger's side is fine. Other than the gas cap issue, this is my first hiccup with this vehicle in going on 4 years. To the knowledgeable: is this a switch problem, or does that feature have it's own relay?

Before assuming a hardware issue please check your owner's manual for "Power window system initialization
procedure". For the 2012 models it is on page 3-41. This might solve the problem.

Well, a couple of new geniuses. I checked the '10 manual, and found the info on the same page. I have been having to disconnect the battery periodically to reset the fuel cap light, since my Mazda dealer cannot find the problem in that circuit for the past 2 years!. I had not caught that disconnecting the battery would cause that very problem.. Thank you very much. Chuck
