Fuel milage information

I have 08' CX 9 AWD GT to my dismay there is no way for me to find out what kind of fuel mileage I'm getting, I've been looking for a display on the dash board without any luck, Can anyone help with this

if you want instantaneous mpg readings you'll probably need to get a scangauge. Pricey, but it'll be able to do a lot more than just mpg readings and is a worthwhile investment. There's a thread on the forums about it and helpful codes specific to the CX-9 that will make life easier for you once you acquire it.

on the other hand, there's the old tried and true method of fillin it up driving the better part of a tank and then dividing miles driven by gallons pumped in to fill back up.

As mentioned, get a ScanGaugeII-X for a little more than $100.
You get to do much more than MPG.
- scan: read codes, reset codes, etc
- trip: MPG, tank, today, trip, the whole nine yards
- gauge: intake temp, voltage, coolant temp, even transmission temp (needs some programming - see separate thread), etc.
- fillup: adjust +/- for instance MPG, winter/summer formula, etc.
"-X" stands for capability to program some parameter yourself if the vehicle supports it.
So far, I only found transmission temp for CX9.

This is probably more accurate than the dash reading anyway...
