The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

Hawk HPS or Carbotech AX6.

I put HPS on my MS3 right before I sold it.

Morning. Had a couple of t-storms roll through last night and cool things off a little.

I make tempered auto glass. Company wide we make glass for just about every car company you can think of.

I'm a operator in the cut and grind dept. I drive fork lift on the side.

I used to drive fork lift on the side for two otr trucking companies. Hated life in the winter on the open docks but the pay was good and they gave me the hours I wanted.

Last episode of Top Gear is ******* hilarious... that is all

I tivo'd it...no spoilers! :p

Speaking of tivo....any one here watching Ray Donovan on Showtime?

Dude... I'm still using documents as guidelines from the 1970's. They haven't been updated in 40 years. It's getting hard to read them because we keep copying copies so that we don't destroy the original.

LMAO....that sounds about right for our respective companies. Up until 1997, my dept. was using a three page document from 1965 as guidelines for records retention. I now have a 100+ page manual to refer to and currently revising the financial section. Let me guess, those originals are on onion paper??? That s*** sux when trying to make copies. Our in-house repro dept was closed a few years back but I have a color copier in my office and get asked from time to time to run smaller jobs.

You should consider becoming a consultant for VW to rid them of their electrical gremlins. lol

HPS will be fine, I'm happy with HP+ except for the brake dust...

I've seen the commercial for Ray Donovan while watching Dexter, might check it out later

Sho mentioned this in the Ohio thread but in case anyone missed it.

We're going to have a meet at the Texas Roadhouse in Stow, Sunday August 4th and cruise to SuperFly afterwards in Akron.

Thanks Evan.

The owner of that Roadhouse owns an MSM and will be providing some free appetizers. Lets give him a nice welcome to the meep community.

Patrick, ill be picking up some autozone blanks for my rears when i do the pads. The fronts have held up great since we replaced that warped stoptech rotor

^Ray Donovan is a pretty good show. Im glad to have something to watch after this last season of Dexter

I saw commercials for it and ended up watching the first episode after waching Dexter for the first time. Got hooked and was trying to get into Dexter but when I realized it was the final season, I gave up and didn't bother putting it on a season pass.

Do it! My wife was hooked after seeing the last fifteen minutes of the second episode. We had a mini-marathon Sunday morning so she could get caught up. :)

What are some of your other favorite shows, guys?

Tessa got me hip to "New Girl" a while back. I like Zooey Deschanel so I gave it a shot. It turned out to be hilarious, imho.

To the employment convo. I work for an international manufacturer of fine after dinner china. We make toilets, sinks, and urinals at my plant.
Sho, I put Hawk HPS on our 3 and to be honest I don't like them very well. Although they have worn like iron and produce very little dust the initial bite when cold is a bummer for me.

Current ones: Dexter, True Blood, Top Gear, Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Big Bang Theory, Breaking Bad, NCIS, Shameless, Sherlock. I dropped a few, it was taking too much of my time and didn't feel the need to catch up after a short break. Oh, and the new Who's line is it anyway was pretty good.

OMG! Have you guys seen my driving moccasins - schmidt bahaha 10 dollars douchebag jar. bahaha

GF and I watched all 8 seasons of Bones and now are avid about watching the new season when it airs in september.

Zooey is adorable. Maybe i should watch that show.

Most of my favorite shows are on showtime. Dexter, house of lies, shameless, californication

HOUSE was one of my favorite shows ever. Parks and Rec and Community also brngg the lulz.

Larry, hows long does it take before the bite isnt quite a bummer? Lol. Leaving my house requires driving down a 1/2 mile steep hill in which im braking for a good bit.

New Girl and Parks and Rec are pretty close to the top of my favorite shows list. Top Gear, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, and Falling Skies are also on my DVR list. :)

We pretty much just watch T.V. For Jon/John Stewart/Oliver and the Colbert Report. We used to like watching Man Vs. Wild, but after Bear Grylls stopped eating funny stuff raw we got sad.

Oh, aqua Teen Hunger Force (aqua unit patrol squad... aqua you know something whatever... they've changed the name a couple times) is a good show to watch when you want to feel stupid.

I work for an international manufacturer of fine after dinner china. We make toilets, sinks, and urinals at my plant.

I thank you guys every day.

Oh forgot about The Walking Dead!

Zooey Deschanel... meh, didn't like the show

Watched the first season of Californication, didn't feel compelled to keep watching.

forced to watch big brother. I watch Top Gear as my only DVR'd show, but the DVR is full of Sid the Science Kid and Word World. Anything else just happens to be on. I used to DVR Fast & Loud and a bunch of other stuff but haven't since the move and haven't cared to. And of course sports, mostley the Reds at the moement with some Crew games and USA soccer games.

You should be able to stop before the bottom of the hill. Drag the brakes a few times maybe 2 seconds each and you are good. Of course that might just be our 3. Jen drives it 99.9% of the time. I rarely drive it unless we go somewhere that I won't be driving home from so I complain about the brakes when I drive it.
