CiviCity Student Budget Build

OH! hahaha i was about to say lol. Have you gotten the headers yet? how does the catback sound?

No, didn't buy my header yet. Going to secure my summer tires first and then I'll jump on the header.
And I have no clue, it's sitting in my room :(. I'll be installing everything around march cause it started snowing too much and the roads are disgusting and I don't feel like working under a messy car.

Haha same thing for me. My car feels like a school bus, it's sitting so high. And I still managed to scrape with the snow... Can't wait to get it dropped.

What kit u got? Cause I'm getting the tokico blue with the eibach pro springs.

Thanks man!

The blues are pretty good bang for your buck. As long as you dont abuse the ever loving s*** out of them they can last you a good while, with nice handling.

Yeah I loved my Blues they were awesome great ride helped with body roll didnt elimate it completely but a very noticable difference.I just sold them a couple of weeks ago they only had like less than 400 miles on them I only drove for 2 months before I pulled my motor and started the great trear down of 2010...lol. Im gonna be running an OEM struts with MSP springs for now till i can save up for coils But you will be happy with them though

Ive had mine for over a year and Ive got about 20k miles on them, and they still feel fine even though its not unusual for me to take corners at 25mph+ :) Go for em, Civic!

Thanks guys! Makes me even more confident in my choice.
Do any of you recommend me a place to buy that kit from? I found it on eBay for 700$ (without shipping and duties), is there any other place I could take a look at?

And also, for the non fouler, what part do I exactly need? Cause I have been seeing some that are 14mm, 16mm, 18mm etc... Which is the right one? Could u link me?

you need the 18mm ones.

and 700 is not that far from buying yellowspeed coils from CR3

The ones at 950$, right? I'm reluctant about coils because I do not know how to set them up... And are they recommended in winter time?

all kinds of people around Montreal that could help you set them up properly. As for winter if you take care of them and coat them before winter as suggested by almost all the coil manufactures you will have no issues.

Mmm that makes sense. I'm not quite sure what to do anymore haha. Is there any advantage other than being able to adjust the ride height?

Quick little update. Just bought myself 50$ worth of LED's for my tail lights and interior! Cant wait for them to arrive :)
