Don't worry about MikeM the guy gets incredibly angry if you don't think like him.
He thinks that if he doesn't have issues no one should and if you do you are not intelligent! (braindead and don't ever tell him fuelly is not 100% accurate, if you do you are apparently a caveman who never seen a car in his life.
I've had my 3rd incident in just over 10K miles recently, my next oil change is serveral months from now so I will wait. So far we've had only one poster actually have the dealer do some kind of reflash/update.
UPDATE: I took my car into the dealer to make them aware of the problem (even provided them with all of your responses since you folks put it into words a little better than I can). They ran a diagnostics check and came up with nothing. It's been getting much colder here lately, however I haven't experienced the issue. If/when it happens again I will take it in. I mentioned the reflash to them and they didn't really acknowledge it.

I'm confused. Is the problem just that the engine idles down to the point it seems like it's going to die for a brief moment before it idles back to the normal cold start high idle? Does this problem cause driveability issues or any inconvenience or is it simply that it doesn't inspire confidence??
