The Moderately Low (Not Slammed) and Functional Thread

It's getting there. I finally got my replacement big brake surfaces (12" x 1 1/4" thick) and started drilling and heating the bolts holding the hats to the rotors so I can swap them out for the new ones. Got one side done but I need new hardware. Halfway done the other side.

After that it's kind of a short list but still time consuming.

Put together the front end and replace a bolt that's missing in the shift linkage.
Remove the whole exhaust after the turbo and have my buddy weld a 90 degree downpipe for now so I can get it running. After it moves I'll drive it to his shop and we'll work up some kind of side exit race exhaust. Hopefully through the bumper or fender.
Finish plumbing and wiring the water to air intercooler setup. I started this but haven't finished.
Get a blow off valve flange welded onto the water to air intercooler.
Hook up all the fittings on the turbo, take old gas out, change oil and coolant, flush the brakes, and fire her up. I also have to replace the accessory belt since I cut it when I removed the AC system.
Once it runs (hopefully very well) I need to get new tires and then I will get the exhaust finished and get inspection and registration. Then I can start enjoying her.

Not bad. I'm use to following huge builds and worrying about everything working right. Seems like you're all set

You mean the slammed guys have JUST FINALLY realized what we've been saying all along, NO WAI?! I guess it's like growing up...

Hahaha, I love my slammed/stanced and functional cars. I'll always have one or the other. Hopefully both.

I need 245s :(

I like it! That's a perfect height for the car. Is that an HD lip? Regardless it looks excellent, the flat black flows well with the wheels and emblem.

Yes it is the HD special lip. Thanks for the compliment though! Went from stock, to that in about a month's time :P

biz, this looks just oh so beautiful. I love how it looks like this.

Added my MSP lip to go with my MSP bumper and MS3 wheels. Can't wait for paint and a S204 lip. Wish I was 1" lower

I love the fact that it's quite stock. Means it hasn't been molested like every other one on here.
