the Stance Thread v2.0

Guys, chill on the hate towards INeedMoarLow. We all started somewhere, we all made mistakes. Yes he may have done something that diminished a beautiful P5, but what ever. I don't want this thread to be a hate fest. Let's cut it out.

Thanks AK.. I think haha and yes the fenders look like ass and the purple although as mentioned is far from permanent, doesn't look good but I know this and am going to be putting alt of work into it very soon to get it beyond the glory it was...

Ineedmorelow dude it's good I ****** my fenders it happends u just need to redeem ur self it will take time but it's all good. sooner or later ur car will looks sexyer then before and that's what its all about

if i wanted to run some 18x8s or 18x8.5s what would be the best off set for that set up for it not to hit the strut etc?

sounds good thx peeps. jw right now i have the ms3 rims 18s i think they are 7inch wide not sure on offset but really want a wider rim but it staying size 18

Hi everybody I am currently maxed on Ksports with 17X7.5 +40 wheels wrapped in 205/45/17 potenzas. They are a great set up and good for mountain pass runs and what not. However I am looking for a more aggressive look. I want to be a bit more fitted but still retain my sporty abilities. I was looking at sizing down in both wheel in tire to a 16X8 with 205/215 preferred/40/16 but the catch is the wheels I want are +20.. I am driving a protege5 and I am concerned about the rear fitment. Would a good roll and strong pull allow for this car to be driveable? I actually dont mind not tucking tire anymore if I have that more aggressive road race fitment. Will I need to really preload the coils to prevent any fender/tire damage? My fronts are preloaded but I still touch my front fenders at a full clocked turn..

FYI I have read in several places that TR Motorsports Wheels are made by Enkei for Tire Rack exclusively. I believe that's why they are called TR Motorsports ( Tire Rack Motorsports ).

You can try contacting them and see if they have any info.

I also have been looking to get 16x8 wheels in a different offset as to what I have now. Very limited wheels selection let me tell you.

When he says limited its far from an under statement... There are only a few wheels that fit our cars in 16x8....
Sadly or market is mostly 17's for 5x114.3

I iz very much disappoint in our range of wheel selection for this car. Oh well! I just remember someone having TRM C3's in flat grey or bronze i think, on a white protege5 but I heard the only offset for that is +40 and its a 17 inch wheel.

So we meet again....
