Went for a run this morning and feel completely out of shape. I can't remember the last time I even had time to go for a run. If the rain just stays away to day would be awesome out.

I can't stand running, but I don't know many other cardio exercises. Biking is nice, but kind of a pain to load up and head to a towpath or trail.

Waiting for Will to chime in and tell us how the Tough Mudder went for him!! haha

I like sprinting as opposed to running, but my knees like none of it, lol. Especially jogging!

I love to swim too.

I'd go more often, but the gym I belong to always has swim classes for kids when I'm available to go. There are still lanes open to swim, but I don't like being around all those ******* rugrats when I'm trying get a good workout in. Plus, there are usually other adults trying to swim too, so sometimes a lane won't even be open.

I tried summit. They have a coilover set but can't get it till next Saturday. Its a matrix kit. Didn't get very good reviews . But for 110 what do u expect lol

I always wanted to do the Iron man in Hawaii when groing up, but I don't see that happening. I can handle the biking and swimming, but the running I'm not so sure about. The most I've swam in one day - 1.75miles, ran 16 miles, and biked 116 miles. I just don't know if I could put them all together and add another 10 miles or whatever it is to it all.

Does anyone have some cheap/free 215/45/17 tires that would get me through the summer? I bought some wheels yesterday and really want to put them on. Jens car is getting new tires this year and my car will get new ones next spring.

Hit up some used tire places. Most charge 25 bucks ea h. Thats mounted and balanced. Most tires have close to 1/2 tread if not more on em!! Just a thought.
