where did you get the custom bushing?
I would warn everyone about minerva, their customer service sucks, eg, they sent the wrong part for me and have not communicated with me since Nov 11.

I also have a minerva rear mount. First one they sent me got lost in transit, so they sent me another one right away, no issues. Secondly, you would not be buying from them, so why does their customer service matter? Most parts like this don't carry a warranty. The mount is as indestructible as any other brands. Good luck with sale! I have about 20k on mine, it has been holding the fsde at 14 psi no problem. Barely noticed the extra vibs as well!

I am not knocking the quality of the minerva mounts, they are very well constructed. I ordered a set (transmission, front and engine mount plus 3 set of replacement bushing, total 259us ) in September. I got the mount in November 2011 only to receive (transmission, front and rear mount total 199us) and no replacement bushing. I am trying to get ahold of them to see what can be worked out, I do not have a number for them, I wrote to them requesting a phone call but to date nothing. If anyone has a phone contact for them please can I get it?

Hey, I just recently ordered their set of four mounts for $290.00. This was on Feb 4th and it's been over 10 business days without receiving my mounts in the mail. Are they notorious for taking a long time to ship products? Also, an answer for your question of a phone number, when I checked my payment receipt email and clicked on my transaction id number in the upper right corner, it brought me to a receipt page with their customer service number: 1-480-584-2518. However every time I've tried calling the number noone has answered. I've only tried calling them them Fri after 6pm and this morning around 10pm est. Hopefully you'll have better luck than I contacting them.
