What have you done to your MS3 today?

Got a P0300 code: random misfire. What are the chances that's the spark plugs at ~29k miles?

Cured it once before with a loose MSCAI coupling, no such luck this time...

avoid putting pressure on the center wire, their delicate

They're delicate.

I've already had to replace a coil and a set of plugs around 50K? 29K is a little before it's time, but if you beat the hell out of it I guess it makes sense.

hey all,

smokin a punch and sippin a barleywine, I noticed I have left my fogs alive

how much of a b**** would it be to get to the reflectors for a wee bit of flat black?

or should I just lay on a couple layers of 5% tint

or bust out my can of niteshaydes

I still run it, I will 'til I get the Motorcraft stuff. It's notchy when it's cold. But it's much better when it's warm. In fact, in the summer, the stock stuff got notchy when it warmed up. The Synchromax is always the same. You just have to be delicate until it gets up to operating temp. Someone who drove this car stock as a DD would probably find this stuff just fine. Personally, I know there's a better product out there. And that's what I want to use.

Forgot to post this in here. Feel is great and I love the 175g much more than the 650g.

Fish do you like the knob sitting lower like it is now vs. the height of the stock knob. Ive been debating a new shift knob for a little bit now, I just dont know if I want to go lower.

cool appliques, where did you get them??

haha I painted my helmet close to BM and stuck the speed on the forehead and the 3 on the chin

take that thought a step further, and take the shifter weight off for a week or two

less mass=more feel

I like where the knob is right now. I don't really remember the feel of the stock knob to compare but I feel like the setup is right for me. I don't find myself reaching to shift or anything like that.

My guess is off his hatch lid.

Bingo. The previous owner took them off the hatch and put them there. I plan on taking them off when I have a chance. I like things clean and simple for the most part. That's why I didn't buy a 2nd gen. Too busy for me.

Not totally, and no not selling. Too many tint tickets. They're just hunting for me, got pulled over twice in one weekend recently. Pulled it all off, and pleading not guilty. what can i say, they got to me. as for the shift knob, i was growing much less fond of the JBR knob, too cold, sharp edges, and gear diagram won't stay on. made me miss the feel and finish of the stock one. first drive with it this morning and i don't miss the extra weight of the JBR.

Im beginning to wonder if I will like my jbr knob I could be getting for Xmas. It seems most people do not enjoy the added weight.
