Its true AUTOs loose alot of power. I dynoed at 73 whp. soo roughly 88hp.
Finally went and tried to dyno and tune the car. I have pretty much the same kit as HKPRO5. Started at 220 injectors (stock) and maxed out and hit fuel cutoff at 2psi. Moved up to 330s that came with the kit and Hit fuel cut. I didnt have anything else soo could do real dyno run. Im going to get some 550s this way i can hit my 4psi and then some if i decide to upgrade the pulley.
What i say below is from my experience today.
Couple things for those that are going to go the supercharger route. 1) Wrap your headers Or a real ceramic coating if you are going to take it off anyways2) figure out some way to to heat resistant the intake on the supercharger. Ceramic coat this as well, then make an aluminum heat shield. IT GETS SUPER HOT SUPER FAST especially being soo close to the header 3) If your going to run bigger than stock injectors id highly highly recommend a 255 fuel pump. These are my next step before actually getting a proper dyno number.
BIG THANKYOU TO HKPRO5 for helping me out today. 440s was the way to go.
thats weird that your hitting fuel cut so easy....and in all honesty, you dont need to upgrade the pump. I was running 14psi on a GT25 setup, with stock injectors and stock fuel pump. I JUST NOW upgraded to a Deatschwerks 300lph pump, now that im running 440's and a bigger turbo. I doubt that I actually needed it, but I did it just in case
^ the previous owner of my kit needed 440s in order to get around the fuel cut and MAF issues just like Flip. Not sure why, but going with the bigger injectors helped. (although i didnt have a problem)
