Looks like my turbo should be coming in today and the rebuild kit will be here Friday or Saturday. So the turbo and dp should be in by next weekend. And i may have sourced a uncracked ceramic coated callaway manifold for just shipping....if it gets here in time ill be makeing tthe relief cuts and installing it at tthe same time.....

It has the first insert they use in this video which sounds the best to me personally. I guess it isnt a purple insert but it isnt open either.

Destineal it's funny how you and I have very similar set ups. I also run the TXS H.
I have a RFl and thought it was too much. I also have a GReddy S which I still ike but perfer the TXS H and formerly had a Blitz dual valve which was way to quite. I went through a phase where I was buying BOVs just to try them out.

It's a cable release, what do you think is wrong with it? Check the latch in the trunk where the cable attaches and see if it has come loose.

IIRC I tried to sell it to you before you bought the crap one.
Go to the trunk, open with key. Push yellow tab on locking mechanism down.

I still need to tighten it some to find the sweet spot between leaking air @ idle and no compressor surge.
Although, is a BOV leaking air at idle really a bad thing? Didnt the stock BPV "leak" at idle, it was just recir?

hi there guys im new to the sight. i own a Mazda protege 1600 doch 2000 model i love my car done a few thing like rims,tint,branches and free flow.... would really like to put a mazdaspeed body kit on?? would any one know if it would fit and where i could get it from?? o i live in south africa and there is next to nothing her for a mazda protege here even the car is called a mazda etude

I was just driving and my car completely died while going about 70 down the highway in 5th. It has power and will crank but will not start, it didn't overheat, the clutch engages, it doesn't make any noises and there is no oil or anywhere or holes in the block. Did the LSD go? I'm thinking maybe the MAF or cam position sensor, if either of those went out the car would crank but not start right? It threw a CEL but i'm waiting for my buddy to get here with his code reader to find out. I've got my fingers crossed and i'm thinking positively but I have a bad feeling.
