Without the molding to me it looks like the car was blown up like a balloon. A floating balloon in a parade lol. Not my taste that's all.

A TMIC does a better job discharging heat from the engine compartment since it sits close on top of the engine. When making the switch to a FMIC the engine bay will get hotter yet my car runs a lot smother than it did with a TMIC.

I haven't remove side moldings because I think it makes the car look bubbly.
