Front right side Making odd Clunk Sound when Breaking

About one week after buying it I noticed a clunk sound maybe with a slight grind coming from the front right side of the car when the brakes are applied. It won't happen when driving 15-25 mph then braking(or at least it will be to low to hear) but only when it's gong faster then that. When the brakes are applied the sound is:

"cluck clunk clunk clunk.. cluck... clunk... clunk..... clunk......"

It continues until the car completely stops. Not sure what it could be, maybe someone can point me in the right direction plus pricing to fix it.
