So I did the MPG math on the MS6 for the trip down...

1st tank: 25.6 MPG (around town driving for the first 1/4)
2nd tank: 29.2 MPG
3rd tank: 28.8 MPG...

Not too bad considering how modified the MS6 is.

Spent the day at Rye Beach. Beautiful weather. Hard to imagine it's Nov. Going Autoxing tomorrow in RI.

had fun at the JY today and picked up a rear strut bar that was still in a '94 GT and some headlights from a '94 LS :) taking out the aftermarket headlights tomorrow after some more headlight polishing.

Here they are so far...

I used both Blue Magic headlight cleaner and the meguiars setup with the drill attachment.

Spent the majority of the day replacing the Uni joints on the driveshaft of my pickup. the clanking/vibrations had gotten so bad that you could grab the driveshaft and move it at least an inch in any direction. My father gave me a hand (because I had zero idea what I was doing) and we tried doing it without completely disconnecting the driveshaft but they were so rusted on we had to take it out and beat the %^@! out of them. Couldn't get one of them off (ran out of daylight) but the one we did manage to replace was the worst...completely worn out, rusted through and through, the whole nine yards. Popped the new one in, threw the driveshaft back on and took it for a spin. Feels like a brand new truck. Absolutely no noise/vibration/clanking at all. It's amazing what an $8 part can do. Going to replace the 2nd one next weekend.

Saw a whole bunch of Miatas today on Rt 2... Right at the Lancaster rest stop and people traveling west to get there. Did I see anyone from here? I was headed to Lowel in my truck.

Xmas lights should be illegal before Thanksgiving.

Had a great day down in North Kingston RI. Course condition was kinda harsh. Very bumpy in spots but a much faster course. Had to shift into 3rd at times and that was interesting. Satyed kinda cool so it was hard to get the tires to stick.

Holy crap! People are awake this morning?

Nice work Gary. I too was in the garage yesterday. Had to grind out the old end link on a friends car to replace with a new one. No with no clunk. Haha.
