Weird noise coming from intake

Recently I've been getting a weird noise coming from the intake (Injen). It seems to be coming from the filter area, but Ive only heard it while driving, so I'm not positive.
This usually only happens right as I'm getting into boost, when you hear the turbo first spool. It's hard to explain the noise, but imagine if a plastic grocery bag was over your mouth and you tried to blow out, it would make weird...farting type noise?
Or if a bag is caught on the intake (There's no bag) and it's trying to suck past the bag causing a fart-esque noise.
It's not very loud, and it's more of a deep noise rather than high.
Any ideas?

EDIT: I forgot to add, I'm pretty sure I have a boost leak, but I believe it's around the throttle body area, I haven't gotten around to checking out for sure.

Not yet, they were all fine last I checked, but that's not a bad place to start.

what filter do you have on it i had this happen when i had a k&n filter dosent really affect anything though

I'm not sure which filter it has on it. The car came with the upgraded intake. I'll have to take a look.

Sounds like a cross between a fart and a duck? LOL, If so check the couplers on the injen, especially the one that connects the injen to the turbo. I had that noise once and that is what it was.
