It got pretty hot even with the stock crank pulley. I could imagine it only gets hotter.

Going to try the 440cc injectors and see how they work out. Also going to be picking up an air to air intercooler sometime (maybe) depends on cash flow. lol

How about a Water to air cooler? Although it is a bit more to do it will be a more compact design for you. Just a thought.......

Too many components for failure. Thought about it though. Would be good if it wasn't a DD.

I just changed the coils, wires, plugs, injectors-to 440s, not sure what else to look at for why im running so lean at idle.....

lol sorry I am running a 440 map now. adjusted. after getting a CEL it drives normal now. lol

picking up an intercooler piping kit tonight and exchanging intercooler for my oil cooler kit with EVADE.

=) just gotta get couplers and clamps now.

No upgraded fp

Pump died. Goin to get a replacement and a rebuild on the broken one.

Picked up IC from EVADE and stopped over to meet up with another person to get some ic pipes.

Finally got the code read, bank 1 rich.

Planning my intercooler setup. * borrowed pics from around the forum*

Here is the plan so far. Still have to get the 90* and 45* couplers. (with clamps) I will also have to get the oulet of the supercharger redone so that it faces downwards.

So starting from the supercharger outlet will be a 90 with the end facing the passenger side. Then a 90* pipe going into a hole towards the intercooler. (on the pipe will be the BOV)

From there will be another 90* coupler that will go into the intercooler.

From the intercooler where will be a 45* coupler going to a 90 + 45 welded pipe.

From the 45/90 pipe will be a coupler into straight pipe that goes to the MAF, (utilizing 2 2.5"-2.75" couplers) Then from the maf to the throttle body.

*not using BOV set up like in this picture though*

Going to get everything ready to install the other slim fan. (can't really put it in due to the SC Outlet pipe) once I move the pipe down I will be able to install the other slim fan.

As for the IC kit I will be taking off the bumper today and test fitting the IC core. Gotta pick up some aluminum flat stock to make the brackets. Will also making new brackets for the intake pipe. (currently held by zip ties)

I picked up a reman power steering pump so when ever I get a chance I'll be swapping that.

Not really.. getting ready to go to Florida in a couple of days. Last week was my GFs birthday so where were doing birthday stuff all weekend. I ordered the silicone couplers that I would need. Waiting for those to get in then I can start putting stuff together and weld the pipes. Its been rough the past few weeks. It sucks I want to get the stuff done already. lol
