I need help making a decision

Well here it goes

My dad offered me his ms6 instead of me getting a 3.

i like the ms6 dont get me wrong but there are a few things i dont like about it.

1) its heavy
2) it doesnt get great mpg's
3) my mom thinks its to much car for me but i think i could contain myself.

but if i where to sell it, i could get what i really want, either a black mica or a CWP ms3 (considering they cost around the same). yes i know its pretty much the same car but i love the ms3, and i like the ms6.

the ms3 has everything i would want the reg 3 to have

1) turbo- which i would probably do to a N/A 3 down the road
2) a nice interior- i just love the ms3's seats.
3) and better mpgs than the Ms6

what are your guys thoughts should i try and get the ms6 from my dad? or should i just rock the mz3? or should i take the plunge and try to get what i really want, the ms3.

lol yea..... i know how am i good at it? ill let you decided.

i dont grind gears.
i rarely stall it when i do drive the ms6 usually when i do its at a really long red light.
and my shifts are getting pretty smooth.

oh and ive driven my dads car like 5 times now?? all being >10 mile trips with about 4 or 5 1st gear starts.

its really up to you man, if you were gonna get the ms3 you mine as well stick with the ms6. or just go the na route and get a mz3! only you know lol

yea i know i might as well keep the ms6 but, the ms3 is just so much more well, me. i dunno i really have talk to my dad about it.

take the MS6 I am sure you will get it for a good price from your dad, and if you get the MS3 it will get expensive if go with a new one.

i would rather have a car i can boost 16-18 psi and have no problems then i can that can run 4 with no problems though. and there are plenty of proteges in FL.

oh oK never mind..Its a tough decision I like the 3 cars. For first car I think the a 3 stick will be the best.. since it will be easier on your wallet in all aspects
1) best mpg out of the 3 cars
2) Les expensive
3) Cheaper to maintenance.

With turbo cars you maintenance is more expensive and demanding since you have to use premium everything to make sure to keep engine in top shape. But I dont know at the same time if go with the 3 and start having NFSPD you will like to turbo.

well the 6i is my moms car that ive been driving since i was 15. and she wants something with leather and a sunroof and i want something manual and smaller than the 6 so she thinks we should just sell both 6's and get 2 different cars (fine by me especially if she gets the BMW i keep sending her.)

all are very true. but its kinda hard to justify getting a 3s when a speed 3 cost like 500-700 dollars more.

i know the reason why you should in the economical aspects but i couldnt see myself doing it haha.

i see what your saying though and i agree but i do take good care of my stuff. so i dont the the premium maintenance and gas will be a problem. i just gotta check my insurance rates.

i usually hate black/red lip rims but after seeing quik6's car it just flows so nicely with white mazdas.

how old are you, depending on age/driving record a speed 6 or 3 insurance rates could be through the roof! and you said a speed only cost 500-700 more? im not sure where you live but in ohio, speeds are next to impossible to find and when you do find one its at LEAST 2-3grand more than a mz3! and yeah keep in mind premium gas and all that stuff is alot more costly/impractical

average price for a ms3 down here is around 18 and a mz3 with the same miles is around 17 (if I get a mz3 I want a 08.5 or a 09 because I don't like the rear bumper on a 07-08
