Yeah I've thought about it on and off for the last year. Reason being is the severe lack of tires for us Pro's with the stock diamter of 23.7. I'd really like to run 245 all the way around but 245/45 is way to tall for my taste. I am considering going the opposite way with 245/35's but that puts the diameter at 22.8 which throws off the speedo almost 4%. Not horrible but it doesn't help the already craptastic gearing of the Pro. It does however give the opportunity to drop a good bit without having to worry about the fenders. Wish there was demand for a 245/40.
Whats keeping me from leaving the FDs is just the performance/$ aspect, Its really hard to top. And I'm not really trying to spend another $1600 on the setup I'm looking at. Money that could go towards coil-overs.
