What are your audio settings?

Just curious what the people with non navi head units have their settings at. I know everyone has their own preferences for sound quality but I was wondering if anyone found ideal settings.

I believe mine are:
Fade R2
Bass +3
Mids
High +6

edit: what was I thinking? I dont have a mid setting, duh.

Its not the best sounding thing in the world to start with but I think it sounds pretty good for what it is. What do you guys have it set to?

Normally:
+1 Bass
+1 Treble

Date night with the wife:
+6 Bass
+4 Treble

Fade 0
Bass -1
Teb 0
Left/R 0

that ALC thing at 0 - what is that by the way?

and well I'm going to hook up the entire after market system and everything will be at 0. Then use the EQ's and Crossovers etc.

Peace!(rei)

ALC is the automatic level control. On some cars it makes the stereo louder by listening via a microphone to outside noise and raises volume accordingly. On this one, I think its just speed dependent. If you want to see it in action, drive about 40 and play with this setting, I have mine set to 5.

You can go to 5 on ALC?? I have a choice of 0,1, or 2 for ALC

I set the Bass and Treble to Flat. Bass and Treble '0'.
Then slowly increase the volume until the Bass and Treble
catches up with the Mid. Then I will add treble here and there
depending on the music.

Bass 4, treble 3, fade 4 to rear, balance 0, acl 3 (mine goes from 1-3, I think).
I used my own lousy ears to decide when front and rear speakers sound similar at about level 10. I settle for less instead of tossing cash at the factory system:)
