What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

Left there bout 3 months ago. $$ promised wasnt there... Before I left had the Clutch TSB done. Tech did not torque pass side axle nut properly and destroyed the threads on the axle. Axle nut almost came off while driving.(attn) Ourisman now claims no responsabilty and says my swapping winter wheels/tires for my summers was the culprit.
As if I dont know any better...Have a pending claim with Mazda USA but needed my car to drive safely in the meantime so I installed a new axle today.

My corksport catted midpipe came in the mail today. Installing this in the morning. I hate jacking the car up to be able to get to it.

Got a huge layer of fresh bug splatters on the front of my car...

...by driving 1 hr north along the coast to drop off a job bid for my boss.
Totally enjoyed the drive, except for the 1 hr session of sneezing i had on the way back, wtf allergy attack BAD TIMING!!!

Went for a drive today and my car felt so smooth. Just love these days. Every shift was perfect and the car felt like it pulled unusually strong.

Just drove back and forth between Cali and vegas! God I love this car. Such a nice and easy drive! Also just threw on some new tires as well, since when I was getting ready to leave to Cali, I noticed my tires were almosty completely bald. Love those long drives

Picked my car up from the shop, can't tell the dents were ever there, and the side rockers look like brand new. Following it up with a full detail tomorrow and hopefully finishing up the last of the little things, then driving it til I sell it.

Put on my corksport catted midpipe this morning. Its funny how the car is even more quiet with this while cruising. But when going through the gears or going WOT the car sounds like a beast. I nailed it through a tunnel today and I was smiling on that for a while. I can definetly hear the exhaust pops an back fires on shifts much more now.

Edit: My car doesnt smell like a lawn mower anymore

As of right now. CPE single 3" catback. Corksport 3" catless down pipe. Corksport 3" catted midpipe. The cpe has about a 2' resonator welded in. Not sure on power differences. But I could tell a difference in mid range torque switching from the magnaflow over to the cpe. Its definetly louder.

Word...after I found out cpe is like 25mins away from the house...I'm literally going there to get all my stuff from them...just need to find the right Speed6 for me.

I guess you are content and not selling your Speed....I'm glad...it means we can actually have a good DMV (Delaware/Md/Va) Mazda Meet lol.

Well...yours truly will be back in July. I'll still be stomping around DC in the Miata.
Factor in time for house hunting (yeah, NEED that asap) & then I gotta find my 6...plus the wife wants her car...so hopefully Aug/Sep lol.
Would be killer to have a DMV wide meet...Boosting through downtown DC or out in the backwoods carving up twisties.
