What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

I've driven a lot of different cars these past two days, I can't wait to get back in mine again. Definitely a unique feeling, that's for sure.

Tein S springs Koni shocks shark fin antenna Nexxen tires Sachi rims K & N air filter. Looking for exhaust help on this v6 manual. whats best axle back or cat back???????

oh idk if i mentioned i installed my SSP and final version of grounding kit this past weekend.
Looks pretty good, feels great! zip tied a bit of the lines to hide them better last night @ a local car meet.

also bought some Quik Detailer, and BlueMagic to restore the driverside headlight, its oxidizing and majorly scratched.
Hoping a buff of PlasticX, than BlueMagic is enough... if not it will be time to wetsand. :(

We had some storms/rain in the area yesterday so I decided to park in my spot in the garage (I park 50/50 inside and outside). Well, it's time to leave the bank and I pull out of the garage only to see a HUGE rust/calcium drip spot on my hood. Water seepage from the building splattered allllll over my hood, roof and trunk. :pissed:

Needless to say, I went straight home and immediately pulled out the clay bar, quick detailer and towels. It all came out. It must have been a funny site to see a guy in a suit and tie going nuts on his car with clay and towls, though.

I am amazed at the number of people who are posting about problems with their headlights being oxidized. Mine are still bright and shiny so I guess I lucked out.

i do this everytime i detail the car, then i put a good coat of wax on them.. keeps them looking like new and scratch free.. so once you get the headlights how you want them seal them with a good wax.. it helps.

for sure... all my past cars never oxidized... but this car, JUST the driver side is oxidizing and is scratched to hell.

i think it was the previous owners, much like the swirly scratched paintjob and SUPER curbrashed wheels that i had to restore... this car has been mostly restoration work haha.

Yes, but now it's yours in a way that most people don't get to experience.

... lol id gladly trade that experience for the same MS6 in better shape for a couple more grand.

:D but i get what you mean, it makes it feel more like MY car.

Got the oil changed today. Also replaced the drivers side axle...Long story on that but needless to say I recommend you NEVER take your Mazda to Ourisman Mazda in Laurel Md...
