I had to remove the passenger side one to get at some rust underneath. When I took it off almost all of those little plastic clips broke (I pried the thing off with a flathead screwdriver). When I went to the dealer to purchase a new set of clips I asked a mechanic how they do it and he said that they do it the way I did. Putting it back on is really easy, just put the clips onto the skirt, line it up and tap it in with your hand or a soft mallet.
Mazda's bad design ends up costing you $20 each time you remove that piece of plastic. If someone has a source for those clips at a reasonable price I'd be interested, I gotta take the other skirt off because that side is rusting too

did lil experiment with back bumper wat do u think. after doing it idk if painted sideskirts would look ryte.
