did everyone have a nice weekend?
i spent the better part of today getting soaked standing out in the rain for 2 hours this morning working the course at our first autox event of the season at northfield park. luckily it dried up by the afternoon, but the damage was done, i was soaked to the bone and therefore chilled all day. we ran well though, even in the rain. marlon and i both spun out in the same place ... but it was all good. hopefully next event in 2 weeks will be dry and warmer!
how was dyno day in the 'burgh?

This is why I won't dyno the RX-7. It's too fun driving it right now not knowing how little power it makes.

I was happy though. I got 115hp and 113lbs @ 6500 and it was still pulling but I didn't want to go any higher. I was 10hp less than a MSP and 11hp less than a Mazda3.
I'm going to start coming up to watch more auto-x at Northfield. I keep forgetting about them! Glad you guys had fun though, even while being frozen...
But like I had said. The numbers really didn't suck as bad when I saw that the "tune" the car has on it was really a piece of s***. It can only get better!
But what had really upset me was the fact that someone else I know with an MSM with fewer mods put down a hair over 200 on a Mustang Dyno. I should be higher than him, if only by 3 or 4 with what I have.

i was quite satisfied with my dyno numbers, and phen you were pretty pissed until later that night after you had some substantial alcohol and my girlfff was ripping on you (lol2)

so now after the dyno day, im really starting to contemplate tuning the car, and getting a few other goodies for her now...
