found out that the wheels i paid for and ordered over 6 weeks ago to make sure i had them for the first (and biggest in atlantic canada) carshow of the season are still somewhere between japan and tenzo's warehouse in california and wont be arriving at tenzo untill the 23'rd which is the first day of the show and i am located diagonally across the entire continent

needless to say i'm slightly upset, they've offered to get me any other finish on my doorstep in two buisness days... but i would rather miss the show or barrow someone else's wheels than settle for a color combination i didnt want(considering thats why i spent so much money to order the ones i wanted instead of buying used!)

(wrc) I had you guys freaked out there for a minute. Some of you are like vultures! I had a bunch of pm's on requests for parts on my car. lol

buahahaha! at least we have they have legitamite reason. Our parts market is shrinking from retail, and retail seems to be bumping up cost for our parts! im glad that the vultures will have to wait now! BAD vultures, BAD!! (spank)

I'm getting cold feet about pulling parts this weekend...part of me wants to, the other part of me wants to wait.

hehe, i wonder if we can convince you like we did to qwik?! HMmmm??? (sssh)

I still think I'm gonna do it. I want to get one last photoshoot in, then start pulling parts and at least have the ability to show someone what it turned out to be when it was at its finest.

That's a lot of money in cars. If I was considering a used car, then maybe that would be the case, but not with a new one.

What's most likely going to happen is I'll pick up the Mustang in the fall, drive it for a bit,then start looking for a used truck as a utility vehicle. I want something I can go to HD or Lowe's and pick up drywall, wood, etc. and not have to worry. I also want something with 4wd that I can haul/tow with. Probably a Ranger or F150 would fit the bill fine for me. I plan on moving into a house here in the next 18-24 months, so that's why a utility vehicle becomes a bit more important than a project car.

I agree...that looks f-n phenomenal! Gives the rest of us something to shoot for.

And yes, I'll freely admit that I too was circling Qwik's 6 like a hungry vulture...there hasn't been much on the sale boards lately.

Installed some of many interior LED's. Dumb ass me forgot to disconnect the battery and blew a fuse, one of those little 15amps that I can't find anywhere.

Zoom Zoom there should be atleast 3 spare fuses in the engine bay box and i think 3 in the interior box as well.. if not your local auto parts store will have them.. make sure you replace those spares that you use though.. u never know when you may need one again..

I want it this low with coil overs. Maybe do the hood like the grill. Matched with a black roof.

I looked and their are no spare "low profile" 15A fuses in the engine bay or the kick panel, but it does have extra "mini" 15A that would work for the time being, but I'd rather get some extras sooner rather than later. AutoZone, Wal-Mart, and K-Mart did not have them. Gonna check a few other stores, then the stealership comes last.
