@ Wagonbacker - 10x better dude! Only suggestion at this point would be to turn the car slightly to the left to get even light distribution on it. Otherwise, composition, lighting, DOF, etc, etc is excellent!

couldn't turn the car, needed the length to block the s*** behind the car! (you can see it underneath)
I still cloned out a tree and a bush... lol
I left the foreground in just for you flyin, lil DOF demo goin on there. Thanks for the props.

I figured you did the foreground for me... I love shots like that, as you seem to know.
A CP (Circular Polarizer) filter would do you wonders in both photos, get rid of the glare and make the colors POP. Still, good job containing it all in the second pic...

CP was on.... I played with it on a few pics but honestly I don't know what I'm looking for when I'm shooting it. Both of those were shot with... you guessed it, the 50.

really? Hmm, doesn't look like the CP was on, but I'll take your word for it. For the second shot I would have considered getting the EV right on the sky and silhouetting the car, but that's just me.

because I'm still learning how to shoot it right? I took a series of pics at various positions on the CP, but the pic itself isn't great

I'm guessing your CP twists? If you twist it while looking through the viewfinder you'll see how at different positions it all looks different... Pick the one that either makes the sky pop or the reflections on the car go away, and then set your EV... Sounds like you did that, but it's all trial and error...

Clean if I ever got a msp I'd get it just like yours I like the MZ3 rims better on your car though

Hmmm...I would have had it tapered off so it's level. Hangs low at its angle towards the back.
