protegegarage :X

I also have had nothing but positive experiences from Ken. You just have to be patient and a little understanding, as I'm sure they are one of the busier companies. I've been waiting about a month for my boost gauge to come in, and a refund to hit my bank account. But Ken has worked hard to help resolve the issue (supplier and bank dropped the ball).

PG is a major sponsor throughout the forum, and a large contributor to aftermarket Mazda parts. Maybe its just me, but I don't see Ken purposely screwing anyone over because he has a reputation to uphold. I don't see Ken putting the business at risk over this. Just my .02 cents.

I only mention this because it matters. Protege garage is 90% a "HIM" not a "them"... consider the volume he does, and he does it nearly alone. just sayin.

If I find anyone violating the following rule regarding PG or any other vendor... I will start handing out infractions:

LOL funny stuff. " say what you want, but it better not be negative. well....unless you have recieved pre-approved trashing rights"

oh how our politically correct world turns.

I personally have had nothing but good experiences with PG. once there was an issue but it was handled in a timely professional matter

like it or not, its in the rules that all agreed to in joining the site. Its more to verify that the complaint is legitimate instead of flametory, as we have experienced here many times, a member will start throwing out complaints and accuzations, and when the rest of the store comes out, their complaint is based on half-truths at best. That is specifically the thing we are trying to avoid.

Oh I understand completly, Rules are put into place because its become an issue in the past. I was just pointing out the humor in how it was stated so politicaly correct. Policies and rules are made for the few, the majority understand right and wrong from the start
