I think he means the upper part of the center console that is right next to the ash tray. While it is part of the center console, you can un-screw that piece once u pull it out.

nope, it was damaged during the accident and during removal.

ahhh i need one more thing,... IF you still have it... the drivers side( under the hood ) relay cover... it is towards the head light.. mine was stolen at the stealership and they wont replace it
