Patriot Place Dinner Meet (updated)

Sweet

Sure Chris. I sure we can hoist a few in your direction!!

Has it been decided that Cheo is picking up Antoine?

I think that I am the closest to Antoine and I can pick him up anytime. I am off from BC since yesterday at 10:30 AM till January 4th.
Welcome to Boston Antoine and Merry Christmas to everybody.
Antoine let me know if you need to make any errands after Christmas I am going to be around might be able to help.

Well guys as of right now the forecast for me making this one is going to be no. still sick, kids are still sick, the wife is sick. So once again(but not b/c of work) I am going to have to back out of yet another meet. But it is subject to change. We will see how the next few days play out. Turns out it is the flu! YIPPEEEE!

Most welcome Antoine. Glad to hear you made it over ok. Enjoy the holidays. Will dad be making any special ice sculptures this season? ;)

Thanks...No ice but he did carve out a super sweet watermelon Santa for Christmas...:D

I won't be making this one.

:( Leave Sunday and you can stop over at my place Monday and then we'll head up Tuesday morning. (shrug)

You're home for Christmas and will be home for New Years so Ev can't be mad. :D

Now there is a plan! No worries though...Maybe next time! :D

Ouch...But you did mention "subject to change"...Hope everyone gets well in time and you can make it! (drive)

Bundle up guys and gals. Highs in the low 20s for Tuesday. Might be the coldest meet yet.

It's 50 here! Definitely washing the car for Tuesday while it's above freezing.

I've never seen nearly two feet of snow disappear that fast. It was all on the ground when I left my house yesterday. Came back at night last night. Woke up this morning and it was gone!

Agreed. Drove back along the mass pike today and all the snow I saw driving up a few days ago was gone!!

use the rinseless wash method, luke! wash in any above-freezing weather, safely, without a hose.

going to wash and wax my p5 in the garage with that stuff (though these days in use dp four-in-one). also washed the miata the other day in my friend's garage with that. 3 gallons of warm water, 2 grout sponges from lowes, and 2 nice soft waffle weave drying towels (e.g.). less water on the floor than driving in the car after a rainy day.

I'm thinking of making the trip up in MA as well. Just got to check with some relatives if I can stay over at their house for the night.

Thats good suggestion, I'll give that one a try once I finish my TURTULE bottle , it seems to do the job non the less but using less water in winter is better.

Any suggestion on cleaning the windows inside and outside, those are my hardest part to clean since anything I use will leave traces of lines and alike making it look not perfect/complete.

What do you use for dashboard as well ?

use stoner's invisible glass for windows, use a nice MF towel to wipe it up (not paper towels) and you may have to follow with a lightly dampened (almost dry) towel to get rid of the final streaks on the inside. for the interior plastics, I use meguiar's #40.

+1, although for interior plastics I use Poor Boys Natural Look Dressing.

Ditto. I spent hours shoveling and now it's almost all gone. Of course the cold front from the north is upon us again. Damn you Bruce! Did you have to bring it back with you?

LOL, Wasn't me!!! Was pretty warm and raining when I was up in the homeland. Was a balmy 45 and sunny driving back yesterday.

But hey, it is winter folks.

Looking forward to tomorrow

I'm 50/50 on tomorrow. It all depends on when I can get out of my doc appointment.

It'll be a game time decision.

you're going...you know you're going.

Looks like a half day at work tomorrow :D Not sure if Ryan's going...his brother will be in town tomorrow...so it may just be me.
