xDJ DUBx's 03.5 Pure White LX-T

I don't like front wheel drive... AWD is tits, but rear-wheel drive is by far the most fun, IMO. An adjustable ratio AWD setup would be king I guess. LOL, don't think I'll have that for QUITE some time.

Legacy GT, IS300, RX8, M3/M5... or... a Wrangler, 2500 turbo diesel. LOL

if I got either of that last 2 I'd start building a project FC or something like that.

Legacy, yummmmmm

Pulled the spark plugs, cylinder 4 had a puddle of oil sitting in it. My motor is a ticking time bomb so it is not moving from its spot from this day on unless going to get a motor swapped.

The oil was perfect looking so that rules out the headgasket, either the ring or sleeve got mess up from the eating of the butterflies.

Now, the p5 motor is gonna go in for sure, but I'm not sure of anything else. Replace rings on p5 motor before swap to make more reliable? Straight swap motors? Stay turbo? Go back to n/a? Part-out and sell?

It's actually kind of relaxing, I've had a bad feeling and haven't trusted my car for awhile now so its now fact the motor is gone so I don't have to stress over it anymore.

hmm. i'd stay turbo... personally.. but it depends on you..

you could just sell your turbo setup throw the p5 motor in it, part out all the aftermarket s***, and sell the car and get something reliable plus something that you dont have to worry about. you could also save for your schooling.

If I sold, thats what I'd do, take everything off I could possibly sell and stockafy the car, try and sell for 3 or 4k then try to find a car that already had turbo or get a miata.

Throw me some ideas guys, I want something that looks good, that has a turbo stock, reliable and potential. Lets say I got about 7k to play with. What kinda cars could fit this bracket, if any?

honestly, ur best bet is a vw. you could easily get a mk1 or mk2 with a vr6 swap for under 5k. or you could get a early 16v gti.
