ok well then go look in the FS section for a pic. remember the night I said to xjazx like 12 times "do your homework"?

same applies. don't say you need to spend $225 to remove it in a reasonable time period when instead, you could just buy a couple packs of insulated spade connectors for the same effect.

The reason that extender is listed for a haltech is because of the number of connections required. SSAFC makes that COMPLETELY unnecessary.

Like I said dude, I didn't know how many wires go along with the SS so it sounded like, to make it a quick change, the harness was needed. I'm not buying anything right now, I'm just trying to figure out if I have enough play in money to get a SSAFC before january but I want to be able to swap it out quickly and I wasn't going to pay 225 for that luxury, I was just pointing out thats what I was led to believe.

I'm still not sure cause its still $450-$500 with the wideband and I kinda wanted to get a professional tune but iono.

If you're choosing only one of those, then Option 1 by a long shot. I don't even know why you think that a hood would be anywhere close to as important as the most important gauge and a tune.
