Harness Bar solution!

So for a while now I have been trying to find a Harness bar that would fit for Auto X. I did not want to spend the $450+shipping for the Sparco Harness bar (for the 02-07 WRX) Which is said to fit our cars. I also didnt want to get the NRG bar because the end pieces were adjustable....they wouldnt provide the structural rigidity that comes with the Sparco bar.

I did some measuring and looked around ebay to find a harness bar with a bolt to bolt length of 47" (which is from the measurements that I took.) Then I found this.

When looking for the harness bar make sure you get the one with the welded ends. Not this.

It came with the Harness bar, 2 4 point seatbelt harnesses and all the hardware.

The belts are ugly.... I am at work right now but the belts look like this.

Why so? I still use the stock seat belt. The harness is going to be used when I autoX.

A local has a 4 point in his miata, I'm 6" tall. Holy s*** does it take forever to get in, and get out, along with buckling up!

I havent used it yet. I dont plan on using it untill the 27th (the next autox day.) Ill let you know then...lol It does look like a gaggle F*** lol But once set up it looks just like a lap belt with shoulder straps.

They all love shoes, my wife would a site that she order from. I thought I was bad with being online, she is up at 2am in bed with the Itouch looking for shoes.

can the passenger side seat go back a normal position? from the pics it looks like might hit the back of the seat? my harness bar supports go down to the center console. looks great
