I got the bolt off. It took a hammer, a chisel, a socket with the extension at a weird angle and some elbow grease.

Good to see that you got it off! LOL @ people wanting to use a socket or a reverse screw idea to get the bolt out. Obviously they have never messed with that bolt on the mani. before.
