What have you done to your MP3 today???

Bad driving record eh? I counted up to 12 speeding tickets, 2 red lights (real bulls***, one i slid through on snow and ice, and the other one.. well.. i was doing like 30 downtown anyways).. but ya.. I got clocked at 46km/hr over the limit the one time.. but he only gave me a 20 over and a invalid plate sticker hahahaha and i had expired insurance.. well.. i did not really, but the slip i had with me at the time was. (keep forgeting to put the new one in the car)
 
OMG...IDK why but all this s*** about the "spooled up racing header" is annoying as hell...

for one everyone's all running around saying "oh you should buy the spooled up header...its alot better..." well its not a custom header made by spooledup...its a OBX CLONE...its just a ebay knockoff..

Thank you for that, cause I've been pushing it to the back of my head that maybe I should have gotten it instead of the OBX. (drive)
 
Finally got around to replacing my bent rear lateral arms. I'll get it aligned tomorrow. Also tried installing my new shift boot from redline and it doesn't fit. The slits that hold it to the plastic mounting plate are spaced incorrectly. I'm waiting for a reply on what I should do.

Oh yeah, and a couple days ago I started getting my CF hood prepped to be reinstalled. The fiberglass framing near the vents had come unglued. I lathered it in some new adhesive and clamped it down. Letting it sit for a couple days, then I'm gonna repaint the underside so everything looks new.

(birthday) So I just got word that my header & mid-pipe came today... I'll get some bad camera phone pics up when I get off work. lol

*Edit Well, I'm still waiting for my mid-pipe as of now... I still need to get the gaskets and the non-fouler ready anyways but hopefully it comes soon. :D

Just bought a Medieval Motorsports lightweight p/s pulley... I couldn't pass it up for $41. :D And I heard they stopped making these too... So, I said F*** it!

Edit* I just looked on medieval motorsports website and the pulley is marked down to $40. lol Guess not really such a great deal. Maybe I saved on shipping? lol, Ya I just checked and shipping would have been another $8.95. Good.

Didn't Medieval Motorsports have problems with some of these products?
or was it something else they made?
 
The only problem was with the 1st generation of P/S pulleys. This is the new design which is fine...

Sorry, didn't mean to scare you, thats just what I heard. I was going to buy a set awhile back and backed out of the deal after hearing that Medieval had problems with some of there products.
 
They also had a problem with the first gen crank pullies. The bolt heads would shear off of the timing ring. They solved that problem with higher grade bolts for Versions 2 and 3. Vers. 3 is sick and super light. I've got a full set of pullies. WP and ALT no issues ever, just stay away from Ver. 1 for the PS and Crank.
 
well today i got all the rest of the stuff for the 626 install, then i moved all the valves over to the pass. side and extended the wires for the plugs to reach them

So the crank pulley that medieval is selling on their website now is the 3rd gen? Cause I'm thinking about buying it sometime this summer, whenever I go to change my belts. And I dont see an alt or wp pulley on thier site, do they not make them anymore?
 
I got the crank and power steering pulleys from them about a month ago, had to out source for an alt and WP pulley. Installed all but PS pulley a couple days ago, didnt have the right pulley puller. Best bet for trying to get an ALT pulley or WP pulley would be to post in the WTB section.

Edit: i have to use a metal file to get the notch to fit on the crank shaft....
