yeah i know. I get looks everywhere I go. but the rubbing is still a factor. I rolled the fenders and didnt rub with the stock tires. I went with 225/40-18 and now they rub again. dont know where they are rubbing though, since there are no visual marks on the tire.

well, when i ordered the rims, i told them to get them painted for me, and they did, and its a good paint job, but i didn't know they didn't paint the whole rim...
don't worry, they'll be black soon enough...

the inside of the rim just gets dirty as hell anyway! always looks black.

The car needs more.. the wheels look really good but just dont fit in. What other plans do you have for the car?

it needs to be lower and a smaller sidewall. but the color combo looks a lot better than i thought it would.

235/40 is already shorter than the stock tire. We don't need to be geared any shorter.
I agree. And what I think is happening here is that you have a very bold, brassy wheel color and a very conservative car color. The two are not compatible, imo.

it looks compelety different than the pictures are showing, i'm hoping tomorrow it will be sunny and i can show better what it looks like. I'm not gonna lower the car too much more, maybe a quater inch or so in the rear.
Wheels are 18x8.5 plus 44. hopefully with tint later this summer it will look better.
