What have you done to your P5 today?

Lol...we started getting the motor back together...tommorrow comes the day of truth...lol...we didn't have a 12 point 1/2 inch deep well socket that we needed to finish off the head bolts...I have to go buy one in the morning...

if it makes ya feel any better, my car will be in 2 shops most of next week for problems from past repairs:
rust is forming around the windows after being redone 2 years ago
when painted after repair they didn't paint all the way down above the doors and left a 6 inch strip of oxidized paint but clear coated it, the progressive guy rubbed it and the clear coat just started chipping
and from another repair the clear coat is chipping really bad on top of the hatch and under the rear window......

That does suck...the only really bad clear problems are on my spoiler...it has some BAD spots...I am trying to order another from someone though...then I am going to just do this one black...

that might look good....but you'ld have to balance it out on the front....maybe black lip with black wheels

I have the MSP front lip sitting beside me on the couch...also have my Speed3 rims as well as the Mazda3 rims...both are black...

The pics that everyone has seen are from before I flipped it in December...it has taken of quite a bit from then...

I haven't had recent pics other than the one interior pic from the MOTM...

Not to mention I am thinking of picking up a set of Speed6 Rims...there is a set locally that the guy wants $300 for...and I want them...haha...

I have an addiction to rims/tires...for me it is something you always need...I actually need to sell some of them...they take up to much space...haha...

Pretty much...I have just been buying little random things while it has been down...we brought a welder over one night to get those Speed3 seats welded into the back...lol...we just roll it around the driveway...bring it in the garage when we need to...it is soooo dirty though from sitting...

Anyone have any experience with getting stuff anodized? I'm looking at getting my intercooler anodized black as well as possibly my piping as well. I'm gonna be giving a local company here a call tomorrow or Monday if they're not open tomorrow to see how much it would cost. I kinda want the FMIC to go unnoticed and kinda get the sleeper look. I've read that anodizing is probably the best for the FMIC.

The jdm tails look so much better than the usdm crap...mazda has been big time fale on taillights on the last decade.

I believe there are other vehicles you can get that wiper stalk from not sure if they are available down under though. Another awesome mazda fale lol

We did get the USDM version lights, but onlt only pro5's dated after June 2002 when they did a "facelift".

We can get the stalk from the Mazda Tribute, but would be far easier to find one from a laser...

And like I have said before...if the US P5's came with the JDM tails stock and the JDM P5's came with the US tails stock, then everyone would be wanting the same tail lights they have on the car now, the US ones that they complain about...

It is just the idea of having something others don't have...

I just scored a water/methonol injection kit from another member. Yep, my P5 is going to be on meth! 12 psi and no knocking, hopefully here I come!
