Which plugs to get

I wanted to get some new plugs to get rid of some knock.

Which ones should i get

Denso Iridium Spark Plugs standard

Denso Iridium Spark Plugs HR8

I got denso24 and love them I can go to 23psi+ with no cut out.

You would get the most benefit from one step colder (ITV22) or two step colder plugs (ITV24) depending on the amount of mods you have.

I recently switched out the stock plugs for some Denso ITV22s as a precautionary measure since Cobb recommends the use of them with their AP. I did not get much KR, even with the stock plugs when I ran the Stage1 93-octane maps.

B.S.- 23psi on what turbo? mods list and datalog proof is needed. Especially if there is no cut in there....your car must rip!

no. It can help though sometimes. OP get the ITV22's you only need one step colder
