He doesn't have a blow off valve its a by pass valve. They recirculate the air back into the intake instead of venting it into the atmosphere. They aren't ment to be heard. They are for efficiency.

am i the only one who thinks the stock valve cover without the plastic is ugly? i was thinking of powder coating mine but its better looking with the plastic on.
