Well we've gotten a bunch in the last hour here's a shot. How you guys further out doing? The wife says Aurora is just as bad, looks like she may be stranded at her parents tonight. Hopefully it keeps up and no one wants the venture out to the ER tonight. We could use the relief!!

Ha-ha! It is ridiculously slippery out there.
Check out this traffic map (from http://www.gcmtravel.com/gcm/maps_chicago.jsp)
Wherever you see red traffic is moving about 5 mph.

I got you all beat. My 42 mile commute from Peterson and Pulaski to Lindehurst took me 3 hours and 35 minutes. I left work at 4:55 and didn't reach my door until nearly 8:30.

I am, on a lighter note, happy to report that while I was being a pussy in an expedition I did see someone proudly representing team mazdaspeed in a cwp ms3 on steelies truckin' along down 94 at 3mph.

my GF has you all beat...two weeks ago for a 30 min commute she spent 5 HOURS!!!! in traffic...I felt so bad for her

I got a short drive to work. Just hope the roads are unfucked by then. I think they will be, they plowed the street I live on which is usually not plowed until everything else is done.

So I was set to depart for work about 15 min early then got a call asking to get there sooner since everyone else was going to be late, and I'm the closest and on top of the call- in list. My 10 min commute was 50 Min. I actually had traction thanks to my Blizzacks, but was stuck behind everyone else in the ghetto with there bald ass tires, showing the inner steel!! I ended up jumping on a side street and high tailed it in Just intime for some seriously sick patients and a completely worn out day shift!!

Last night was horrendous! First off, it took me 30 minutes to get five miles away from work. All in all, I left work at 5 and didn't get home till 8. Then I had some jag bag on my ass the entire time. He didn't understand that I wanted him to back off until after the 20th time I slammed on my breaks and every time I did his car would slide off to the side.

My 23 mile commute last night took 1 hr 5 mins. it's usually a 35-40 min commute, so that's not terrible. I did get stuck behind a young girl driving a PT cruising for a bruisin @ 15 MPH for a little bit. I passed her only to see a cop behind me as I took off. Luckily, she got in front of the cop and it was a 1 lane rd, so I was in the clear. I wasn't speeding, per say, but 45 in a 55 when it's snowing could be called speeding.
