Ticket for front license plate??

That sucks about your front plate ticket. But as some others have pointed out, gotta pay to play. On the other hand, you could always try to find a way to register in Nevada. Even though Nevada "requires" a front plate, if the dealership didn't provide you with a plate mount, you aren't required to run one. Some dealerships just leave the mount in the trunk/hatch so if you don't want to run a plate you don't have to. Although I still see morons with their front plate/guillotine shoved onto the dashboard.

I got nailed a couple times in previous cars for no front plate, soI have run one the whole time I've had my protege with no problems.

I've gotten 4-5 tickets for no front plate. Got sick of it and just put the damn thing on.
With my old Jetta I got pulled over from the street twice (once in Hollywood on Sunset, once in Bel Air) just for not having a front plate. No other reason but for the missing plate.

I've gotten a ticket in Marina del Rey when I was parked at a meter for not having a plate. They also ticket in Pasadena and at LAX airport.

I say put it back on.

For my NSX, I just bought this:

In Ohio front plates are4 manditory, it's a $85 dollar ticket if you don't have one your car. A lot of my friends with Corvettes and Miatas have gotten tickets for it.

I bought my Mazda3 in Mason, Ohio. My 3 was the only Mazda in the dealership with a braket already on it, I was so pissed because I was moving to Florida that week and in Florida you don't need a front plate. So now I have this HUGE box on the front of my Mazda for no reason!
