NEPOC get ready for winter cleaning & install meet

Hey Everybody,

Pretty new to the forum and NEPOC. It was reccommended by a few of the memebers that I have autocrossed with (Oleg, James & Marc M.). Drove the 2003 Auto P5 till recently and upgraded to the RX-8.

I can't hang all day but looking forward to stopping buy and meeting you all. Don't listen to James, I really am a nice old guy.

I'm coming from Weymouth so we'll be heading down the same way. Planning on meeting up with Edgar too, probably somewhere on 24 I think. Couldn't find New Hyde Park on mapquest.......

I'm pretty close to 24, what's a good spot on 24?

aye, youll be faster than me once again once you adjust to the new car.. i know it... but if you show on saturday youll see im going to be installing an 'equalizer' (boobs)

1. install my electronic shift kit
2. install tranny cooler
3. winter tires
4. winter front bumper
5. winter hood
6. wash and wax
7. fix coolant overflow bottle...leaking

Does your car break at every meet?

are u coming from boston? Otherwise we could get off at the Ikea exit ... meet in the xmas tree shop parking lot??? thats pretty much 1/2 way there. REDD thoughts?

I'll see if i can swing by and pick up a filter... will there be enough equipment to have all these cars jacked up!!? (I've never been to one of these types of meets so i wouldn't know)

I believe we only use jack stands in the 2 car garage.

We welcome all ages. The youngins keep me energized. I too went from a P5 to the RX-8. Love every minute of it.
