Np, I wasn't trying to put down the pics or anything but its the camera being on auto and not you... Angles and everything are great, try picking a better time of day to avoid the blurr. Its best to go 3-4 hours after sunrise or 3-4 hours before sunset and make sure the sun is always to your back. Never go out between about 10am and 4pm unless its overcast out. This insures that your subject is well lit, the camera won't have to adjust for having the sky so bright and ruin the pic, and you will get nice long shadows in the background to give the pic some contrast.

Thanks man. I actually did them myself. One can of metalcast orange paint and about 4 various coats in the hot sun.

The colors will look accurate, ie what you are seeing. The camera should have a setting for white balance. There should be several options: flash, sunlight, clouds, incandescent, and fluorescent. If the one you have selected looks off, try another.

The car looks nice, you have a good theme going there. Love to see clean white cars.

Yea. Trust me the "go" aspect of the car will be done and done right. The thing is I am gonna wait till I'm out of college, have my job, and settled down for a year or so. I plan on swapping to manual, building the tranny, forged everything, and a high quality turbo set up.... But those days are a few years away. For now, I need this car on a daily basis so I can't take the risk of a turbo or anything because if anything went wrong with it, I would be royally screwed on a lot of levels. Oh and the money thing lol

Those are actually aftermarket fogs so I painted them before putting them in. I would take it out if I was you since it is VERY easy to do. Metalcast paint is what I used. Comes in yellow, purple, blue, red and smoke. Then hit it with clear and you're set. Well you gotta make sure to do the prep work but you know what i mean.

im pretty much on the saem road you are man. looks for now and go later. mostly because im poor, but there is so much go stuff you can do its kinda overwhelming. sigh... KL or FS.....


and when you do your manual swap, please do start a thread with pics. Im also running a white auto *no tiptronic =(* and wanna do it.

The swap will be done but like I said, a few years from now. I'll make sure to document that journey thoroughly. I know there is a thread on the forum somewhere where this one guy did the swap and took pics of most of the process. Awesome write up too. You should definitely search for it. The swap will ONLY be done WHEN and IF I find a donor car. There is way too much s*** for me to have the patience to collect. Donor P5 equals easiest route.
