I've had the car for almost a year now and I've not done any interior cleaning...ever. I do wash the outside of the car at least once a month though.

I run it through the car wash every 2-3 weeks, and every couple of months I clean the brake dust off the wheels and vacuum the carpets.

I usually wash it once a week, I've slacked off lately because of working a ton. But once my vacation kicks in, I will give it a good detail.

washed and vacumed once a week depending on wetather. good coat of wax onc to two times a month. when i rotate the tires i also give the rims a good detailed wash and a coat of wax.

When I first got my car I spent about 16-24hours Zainoing it during the weekend. Since then I wash my car once a week following up with the Shine enhancer and glass enhancer. If I go to the beach I take my shoes off before getting into the car so sand doesn't get set into the carpets. I'm OCD about the cleanliness of my car. I paid good money for it and I want it to look as good, if not better, than the day I purchased it.

So you buy a car with your hard earned money and you don't spend the extra time to make sure that its clean and taken care of?

thus far been washing it once a week (waxed two weeks ago), but that will probably change. i HATE having a dirty car but things tend to get in the way, mostly because i like to take my time with shining up the car. as james may would say, cleaning your car is like cleaning your mind. if anything, i'll be making it my goal to, at a minimum, wash it once every 2 wks and wax it once every 2 months (or something like that).



i've GOTTA remember to get on it this winter to avoid corrosion.

rinsing your car, and then drying it is not washing your car.

whoever does this is doing severe damage to their paint.
and for those who think they dont have swirls/scratches, your probably wrong.

I agree, I'm keeping mine nice and clean so I won't have to bust my butt when I finally get an opportunity to flip it.
