Question on Audio Display functionality

So while playing around with holding various buttons on the audio system on my '08 MS3 Sport I got some weird results to pop up on the display. I searched the forum didn't didn't find anything similar.

According to the owners manual, holding the radio power button down and then pressing and holding the media button for ~5 second you switch from Deg Celsius to Deg Fahrenheit. How about some of these others?

Pwr + Seek up button = complete display lit up
Pwr + 2 = LEV-1 to LEV-9 (I'm thinking this is the radio signal strength)

Now the ones I don't understand:
Pwr + Seek down button = N
Pwr + 5 = M-01
Pwr + 6 = P-06-03

Anyone know the meaning of 'N', 'M-01' or 'P-06-03'?

Here is what I have discovered:
Turn key to ACC, radio on
Push POWER and SEEK for 1 second. All LCD segments go on
Push POWER and CLOCK for 1 second. Pushing any radio button should be identified
Push POWER and AUTO-M for 1 second. Sound will cycle between the speakers
Push POWER and PRESET 2 for 1 second. Display will read out signal strength
Push POWER and SCAN and it says AMP-ON. I dont know what this means

This is on an '07; I don't know about later models.

Interresting. I know on my 2000 Audi A4, with Bose head unit, it has a hidden EQ that is accessed this way.

for the audi you hold down 5 then turn the unit on at the same time. there has to be something similar to this
